The Biohotel-Restaurant Rose was the very first Biohotel in Baden-Württemberg and since 1950 it stands for high-quality foodstuffs and their gentle preparation. Besides creative meat dishes, Simon Tress and his executive chef Frank Bidlingmaier are specialized in vegetarian/vegan dishes as well. To make organic food available for everybody the smart prices of main-dishes are from € 10 to 28 only.
The biological products used here mostly come from "Demeter"- or "Bioland"-growers and widely from the region. These high-grade foods are produced without any genetic engineering and chemical additions. Everything here is handpicked, specially chosen and is gently and full of vital elements.
Simon Tress is also famous for his special cooking-courses and his cookbook about ‚preparing meat with respect‘. Simon is also ambassador for luxury foods of Baden-Württemberg and his family runs the Gasthof Friedrichshoehle and the castle of Ehrenfels in Hayingen.
